Stress Free Shipping and Handling

All orders are completed and waiting for pick up within 24-48 hours. Standard shipping is UPS Ground.  If you prefer another method please call 877-387-2187 or email shipping@EverythingHydro.com before you place your order (we will offer several choices of shipping in the near future).

UPS rates are applied based on weight and location. Warehouse handling charges are calculated at six dollars and fifty cents per order. 

International orders will require a customized a delivery solution.

Once received from the warehouse, UPS will generate a tracking number which can be used at UPS for your convenience.  

Note: Upon delivery, please be sure to inspect each and every item for damage before you sign. If anything is damaged due to shippping, do not sign for that item and have it returned immediately.

If an item is temporarily out of stock you can either cancel the order for a full refund or it can be shipped separately once it arrives without incurring any handling charges.

Stress Free Returns

The following are basic return rules:

• All deliveries must be signed for unless other arrangements have been made.
• You are soley responsible to check ALL items for damage BEFORE you sign or accept the delivery.
• If the wrong item has been sent or the item is damaged DO NOT SIGN and have the item returned immediately. By signing for the delivery you're assuming an AS-IS condition.
• Returns will only be accepted if merchandise is damaged, faulty or in the rare event of receiving the wrong item. Damaged and wrong items must not be accepted (signed for) and returned at delivery. 
• Do not return faulty items until you contact us for proper returning instructions. Returning faulty items before receiving proper returning instructions may result in delayed remedy.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Possible solutions to returned items may include but are not neccessarily limited to a refund of money, store credit, replacement, or repair.
